Biography:
Ben is a principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Digital Supply Networks practice. He leads the firm’s Smart Operations platform for the Energy, Resources, and Industrials sector. He leads transformations in manufacturers to capture value from large scale operations transformations using advanced technologies. He has led large, complex programs within some of Deloitte’s largest manufacturing clients and has specific expertise in operating model design, digital supply networks, and future of work. He has published and presented at numerous industry conferences on advanced manufacturing and digital supply networks.
