Deon Chen is currently a Sr. Manager of HEOR Strategic Planning at BD, with responsibilities including the development and implementation of health economic and reimbursement materials for End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD), Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), and Chronic Venous Disease (CVD). He supports various products within the BD portfolio and engages in market access activities both domestically and internationally. He currently has over 20 years of reimbursement experience in various multiple disciplines such as pharma, clinical pathology laboratory, and now medical device. He currently holds a master’s degree in health economics and clinical outcomes research and is a certified professional medical coder.
