Chief Medical Information Officer HonorHealth
Dr. Craig Norquist is a physician and healthcare leader, board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Clinical Informatics. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) at HonorHealth and the Program Director for the HonorHealth Clinical Informatics Fellowship. Additionally, he is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix, where he contributes to their Clinical Informatics Fellowship.
Before becoming CMIO, Dr. Norquist practiced emergency medicine for 20 years, holding key leadership roles such as Department Chair of Emergency Medicine, Chief of Staff at Thompson Peak Hospital, and serving as HonorHealth's first Network Patient Safety Officer. His expertise spans emergency medicine, clinical informatics, patient safety, digital health innovation, and the opioid crisis, earning him state and national recognition, as well as invitations to contribute to high-impact research and policy initiatives.
