Micro-Epsilon sensors have been used successfully in the semiconductor industry for many years, in complex front-end processes as well as in back-end applications of wafer fab automation. The sensor products offering an extreme accuracy, even in applications with high acceleration, strong magnetic fields and ultra-high vacuums. Chyi Lee was founded in 1985, and currently a leading cleanroom FFU manufacturer in Taiwan. The Topwell brand FFU's were used in most cleanroom constructions in Taiwan since 2014. Currently Prowell LLC has expanded its product lines to various filters which can be used with the FFU's.
