Prof. Bernd Deutschmann

Professor, Head of the Institute of Electronics, Graz University of Technology

Bernd Deutschmann received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Information and Computer Engineering from Graz University of Technology, Austria, in 1999 and 2002, respectively. From 2000 to 2006, he worked at austriamicrosystems AG in Austria as a Senior EMC Task Force Engineer, followed by his role as Senior Staff EMC Expert at Infineon Technologies AG in Munich, Germany, from 2006 to 2013. He is currently a Full Professor at Graz University of Technology, where he serves as Head of the Institute of Electronics. His research focuses on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design for integrated circuits, power electronics, as well as EMC simulation and measurement techniques. Throughout his career, he has contributed extensively to the field through patents, numerous publications, and technical articles addressing the electromagnetic compatibility of integrated circuits.
