Chris Jones holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and has over 35 years of environmental research and applied industrial experience spanning the semiconductor, nuclear, military, pharmaceutical, and wider process industries. In the current role at Edwards, he leads environmental-solutions initiatives within the semiconductor equipment division, focusing on emissions abatement, PFAS management, and the development of strategies for waste, water, and risk-based analysis.
His technical expertise includes greenhouse-gas reduction technologies, PFAS destruction and compliance testing, and the design and execution of collaborative industrial projects aimed at advancing sustainability across the semiconductor value chain.
