Second Secretary, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Vietnam
Tomas Königs is Second Secretary at the Netherlands Embassy in Vietnam, specializing in high-tech industries, critical minerals, cyber, and regional security. Before his posting in Hanoi, he served at the Netherlands Embassy in Rome and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in The Hague. He holds master’s degrees in Asia-Pacific Studies from National Chengchi University (Taipei) and in International Law from Utrecht University.
