Shan Loy joined the SEMI Foundation as Program Director, Global Workforce Development in April 2025. Shan is based in Singapore and responsible for mapping strategies and ensuring alignment on workforce development initiatives and programs in several SEMI regions. Before joining SEMI, Shan developed and managed workforce development programs at Kaspersky, Delivery Hero, and JP Morgan. With extensive experience in fostering partnerships, launching and scaling early to mid-career talent programs, she connects the 3 pillars of the Foundation's work seamlessly across education, government, and members.
