Founded in 2003, CHD TECH focuses on researching, designing and manufacturing equipments in mini-environment controlling , airborne molecular contamination (AMC) removing, energy saving and emission reduction for semiconductor industry. Furthermore, CHD TECH provides services of energy-saving and cleanroom construction. Our products have so far achieved a temperature control accuracy of ±0.01°C and a humidity accuracy of ±0.3%RH. In addition to impressive achievements in the mini-environment controlling , We have to date helped our customers reduce carbon emissions by 300,000 metric tons through energy-saving service projects. CHD TECH has implemented a series of sustainable development goals, including the establishment of three solar power plants for self-generation and self-use by 2030. This initiative will enable CHD TECH to achieve 100% renewable energy usage, making it the first semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Taiwan to reach RE100 status.
