Talent shapes our industry. Innovations in any industry is fueled by the creativity and ideas of people More importantly the sustenance of an industry hinges on influx of new participants as well as keeping existing talent capital in the industry. Sadly, we are not doing very well in both of those areas. Nowhere is more true than for the semiconductor industry today. Decline in engineering course enrollment and engineering talent shortage is detrimental for our semiconductor industry that is characterized by sheer human ingenuity.
