As Vice President of Global Industry Advocacy, Mike leads SEMI’s public policy and talent advocacy teams and the effort to institutionalize SEMI’s advocacy programs across the globe. Mike also leads the development and execution of strategies to advance the interests of the semiconductor industry and priorities of SEMI members worldwide. Prior to joining SEMI, Mike was the President and CEO of the Entregar Consulting Group, a firm focused on strategic investments involving public-private partnerships focused on technology and advanced manufacturing.
Mike spent nearly a decade leading the corporate office of Government Affairs in the U.S. for GLOBALFOUNDRIES, the nation’s largest contract semiconductor chip maker, overseeing government relations, regulatory affairs and strategic initiatives. Mike has also served as a private sector advisor to the U.S. government in the areas of manufacturing and industrial base policy and has served as a senior staffer in both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York in Political Science, with interdisciplinary studies in Government and Labor.
