Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before October 9, 2012 will be fully refunded. After this date, only substitutions will be accepted.
Please fax your cancellations on company letterhead to SEMI at 1.408.943.6901. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations
(including no-shows) made after October 9, 2012. Substitutes are only accepted with written permission from the original registrant.
