SEMIスタンダード組織は、日本、北米、欧州の3地区に加え、韓国・台湾などで半導体・FPD・太陽光発電他の産業の標準化活動を行っており、そこで成立した文書(スタンダード・仕様・ガイドラインなど)をSEMIスタンダードとして発行しております。

SEMIスタンダードは、半導体製造、FPD製造、太陽光発電分野などにおいて、さまざまな材料や装置、サービスに対応しています。

SEMIスタンダードは、正文は英語で作成されております。また、日本の方の理解を促進するため、英語版を翻訳した日本語版も出版しています。

最新版のほか、過去のスタンダードもご購入いただけます（ただし、電子化される前の版については、ご提供できない場合もございます。
