“Competition and Collaboration” ─ Theme of Upcoming PV Taiwan 2015

The PV Taiwan 2015 exposition and conference will be held Oct 14-16, in Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1, Taiwan. This year’s theme is “Competition and Collaboration: Opportunities and Challenges,” a nod to the ongoing need to tackle industry challenges collectively across the PV manufacturing supply chain. Global companies like Applied Materials, TerraForm, GCL, Tongwei Solar, NSP, and WinWin will provide their perspectives on successful global collaboration, leveraging partnerships and advancing shared interests. In the “Next Generation PV Tech Forum,” Everlight Chemical Industrial Corp. and Taiwan DSC will introduce an innovative Self Powered Solution of IOT Wireless Device that will generate a lot of excitement.

More than 150 PV companies will exhibit at PV Taiwan, to showcase the world’s best, most innovative and cost efficient PV products. The 2015 exposition will also feature two new spotlight events: Innovative Corner and Innovative Technology, creating additional hot spots on the show floor with 30-minute presentations and demos on innovative PV product development.

The “Innovative Technology and Products of PV Systems Pavilion” in Hall 1 is a new addition to the exposition and was jointly developed by PVTaiwan organizers, the Bureau of Energy and ITRI. The Pavilion will be the place to promote and demonstrate the great capabilities and excitement of innovative and integrated PV products and systems from Taiwan manufacturers, including BIPV, system integration, components and hybrid storage solutions.

Taiwan continues to be a robust and vibrant PV cell and PV product manufacturing market, and we look forward to welcoming major stakeholders to the show and conference, such as GCL, XI'AN LONGI SILICON, Heraeus, MANZ, LEVITECH, CENTROTHERM PHOTOVOLTAICS AG, DUPONT, ABB, TEMPRESS, and their Taiwan partners TSEC CORP, NSP, INVENTEC SOLAR ENERGY CORP, GINTUNG ENERGY CORP.
