MOSCOW — 22 April 2015 — SEMICON Russia 2015, taking place in Moscow on 16-18 June, will again provide significant insights into the Russian microelectronics landscape, its internal and external markets, competitive technologies and existing and planned capacities. While the Microelectronics Market Conference takes place on 16 June, the SEMICON Russia Exhibition is scheduled for 17-18 June at Expocentre fairgrounds. Exhibitors and attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the TechARENA sessions and presentations, which are an integral supplement to the SEMICON tradeshow.
On the first day of the exhibition, 17 June, TechARENA will present its premier conference — the “Smart Systems” session, which will provide an overview of global developments, future applications and markets. The session will focus on building successful cooperation with the Russian companies and funding possibilities, including the situation in the Russian high-tech industry and their challenges and chances. The Smart Systems Session will unite specialists both from Russia and Europe, creating a unique platform for attendees from all over the world.

The session will present an overview of current trends and future developments in the field of semiconductor optoelectronics technology in Russia. Leading Russian and European experts will talk about the main results of research and development and ongoing projects. Participants will also gain an understanding of the current and potential interaction between Russian and other global players in the industry.
