As Partner of Egon Zehnder, Dennis has been working closely with clients on a first-hand basis as trusted advisor for the past 17 years. He has deep expertise of the Asia Pacific market and has been serving clients in the semiconductor and technology/telecommunication sectors for both multinational and regional clients. Given his deep understanding of the entire value chain of the semiconductor and technology industry, he has helped boards of directors of companies in all aspects of consulting, non-executive board appointments, C-suite executive searches, and management appraisal. He has also developed continuing interest in researching in and emerging insights into the fields of organization structure in globalization, talent landscape in Asia Pacific, and corporate governance in China. While his first passion is in serving clients, he is also internally recognized as Managing Partner of China so as to lead our Greater China practice and Global Executive Committee Member of Egon Zehnder so as to shape and drive our global development of the Firm.
Dennis was President of Teleweb, a privately held customer contact outsourcing and consulting firm with over 2,500 headcount headquartered in Beijing China. Further back, he was successively Vice President of Sales then President of Hong Kong Toy Center, a HKSE publicly listed company designing, manufacturing, and distributing conventional toy products with 6,000 headcount. Prior to his post-graduate study, he worked for Phoenix Leasing Inc, a Nasdaq publicly listed company engaging in the leasing of technology equipment with over US$1 billion assets last as Finance Manager. Dennis graduated with Honors from University of California at Berkeley majoring Finance and Accounting. He received his MBA degree from Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
