Mahesh Sanganeria received his B.Tech. and M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur, India and University of Tennessee, Knoxville respectively. Following completion of Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University at Raleigh in 1994, Mahesh worked at LSI Logic for two years in process development and process integration. Then, he spent 8 years working in Semiconductor Capital Equipment industry, first two years at Concept Systems Design and then most recently at Novellus Systems. Mahesh has authored over 30 papers and about 11 patents related to Semiconductor processing. Mahesh joined RBC Capital Markets in August of 2004 covering Semiconductor Capital Equipment companies as Research Associate and EDA. He was promoted to Vice President/Analyst position in August 2006 and added Semiconductor Devices to his coverage. Currently he covers Semiconductor Capital Equipment, EDA and Solar companies. He was promoted to Director position in 2008. Mahesh is a CFA charter holder.
