Collaborative R&D – An IEDM Perspective

Abstract

IBM has established a collaborative R&D ecosystem at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering (CNSE) in Albany, NY.  This ecosystem includes IEDMs, tooking vendors, and materials suppliers who jointly develop process and material technology solutions for next generation CMOS devices.   This presentation will provide an overview of this ecosystem and discuss attributes that are critical for a successful collaborative R&D project.
