| Judith Soentgen Ms. Judith Soentgen joined the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in 2010 as Associate Legal Officer in the Building Respect for IP Division. Prior to her appointment to WIPO, Ms. Soentgen worked as attorney-at-law for a top international law firm in Brussels in the field of competition law. Ms. Soentgen studied law at the universities of Konstanz, Münster (first state examination in 2004) and Cologne (second state examination 2007) and received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe, Brugge in 2008.
