Maureen McDonough has global responsibility for Semi strategic human resources function, including workforce development, organizational effectiveness, benefits and compensation, and all human resources infrastructure and programs.
 
Prior to joining Semi, McDonough held various human resources leadership positions in technology companies, beginning at BroadVision as Executive Human Resources Business Partner for global field operations; and later Director of Human Resources at Cadence Design Systems, where she was responsible for the delivery of strategic and operational human resources for the worldwide field group.  She has held various leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies, including Director of Corporate Programs and Policies at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, and most recently working with a Private Equity Firm as Head of Human Resources for a portfolio software technology company.
 
McDonough holds a BA in Liberal Arts from San Francisco State University with post graduate work in Industrial Psychology and is certified in executive development programs.
