Arizona Breakfast Forum

This program signifies the re-launch of SEMI member support in Arizona. Plan to join us on October 11 to hear experts speak about what members care about: market and technology trends, R&D and innovation, economic development and workforce issues. First Tony Massimini, Chief of Technology, SEMICO Research, will present a market update, including forecasts for semiconductors, equipment, and materials. Next, Robert Darveaux, CTO of Amkor, will discuss infrastructure and supply chain development (recent wins and remaining challenges) for 2.5 interposer solutions for TSV based package architectures. Finally, Hans Stork, Senior VP and CTO of ON Semiconductor, will provide a technology and market outlook and a status of challenges and opportunities ahead. |
