This half-day workshop organized by SEMI will focus on environment, heath, and safety topics relevant to China PV manufacturing industry. Presentations will include Silane Safety, Emissions Abatement, Hazard Assessment, Hazardous Gas Monitoring, Safety Measures in Thin Film PV Manufacturing, Safety Guidelines and Standards updates, Safety for cylinder or container, etc.
Who Should Attend
This workshop is intended for personnel at PV manufacturing sites that have responsibilities in the areas of: environmental protection; worker safety & health; process tool installation; process tool maintenance; specialty gas and chemical delivery systems; fire protection; building engineering; facilities; risk management; and insurance.
