This is an exciting opportunity to work with your industry peers in the Test community by sharing challenges and ideas that could influence the future of the profession.

The purpose of the Workshop is to conduct interactive discussions to identify the need for change in semiconductor test and identify pre-competitive activities that can be addressed by the CAST organization to support the industry. The day will start with three stimulating presentations from industry leaders representing the IDM, Fabless and OSAT communities. All attendees will then have the opportunity to participate in discussions as well as review the activities and progress of current CAST working groups.

3:45pm–4:15pm	Summary of Working Group Sessions
4:15pm–4:45pm	Conclusions Summarized by CAST Chairman, Don Edenfeld, Intel
