1) Browse the catalog index by clicking on a product in the category menu selection and then clicking the go button.
2) Add a product you would like to purchase to your "virtual shopping cart" by entering the quantity desired and clicking the add to cart button on the product description page.
3) Change your order by clicking View Cart and remove products or update quantities from the shopping cart page.
4) SEMI accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express - To place a non-credit card order, call 1.408.943.6901.
5) Security The SEMI OnLine Bookstore uses industry standards (SSL) for encrypting all of your personal information including name, address, and credit card number so it cannot be read as the information travels through the internet.

Please use the following as a guide. If you are unsure of which format you video player uses, consult the product manual for your machine.
• NTSC VHS is the National Television System Committee Video format developed in the United States of America. It is used in the Americas, Japan, Taiwan and Korea.
• PAL is the Phase Alternated Line video format used in many countries in Europe.
• SECAM is the Sequential Couleur Avec Momoire video format developed in France. It is used in France and some French Speaking States.
Shipping/Rush and Damaged Deliveries
Continental U.S. Shipping & Fuel Surcharge Fees: When shipped from SEMI Headquarters, all U.S. orders are sent out on a three-day delivery schedule.

Posters (First item): $ 18.00 + Fuel Surcharge Fee
- Each additional item (except posters): $ 2.00 + Fuel Surcharge Fee
- We offer overnight delivery for selected items. Orders must be received by the
SEMI Publications department before 12:00 noon for this service to be implemented: $30.00
International Shipping & Fuel Surcharge Fees: When shipped from SEMI Headquarters, all International orders are sent out on a 5-7day delivery schedule.

Fuel Surcharge Fee: Effective January 7, 2008, FedEx Express adjusted the fuel price at which the fuel surcharge begins. The fuel surcharge rate for FedEx services applies to U.S., U.S. export, U.S. import, and U.S. to Puerto Rico shipments. Current rates are posted at their website:

For orders outside the Continental U.S., please add an additional $10 to the regular shipping and handling charge.

Checks and credit card charges are processed upon receipt of your order. We will process orders promptly and deliver most items within five business days upon receipt of your order (for domestic orders). Custom charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Rush Delivery:
In a hurry? We offer overnight delivery for selected items. Orders must be received by the SEMI Publications department before 12:00 noon for this service to be implemented. There is a $25.00 charge in addition to the regular shipping and handling charges for all rush deliveries.
Damaged Deliveries:
If damage is noticed at the time of delivery, please notify the carrier immediately as well as the SEMI Publications department. If damage is noticed after you accept your package, please call the SEMI Publications department within 36 hours so we can assist in replacing the damaged item and file a claim with the carrier.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your product within 30 days in the original packaging, with a copy of the packing slip, and pre-pay shipping.
Returns must be in their original condition. If books are bent or damaged, they will not be accepted for refund. CD-ROM's, videos and posters are non-refundable. If you paid by check or money order, SEMI will issue a refund check. If you paid by credit card, product charges will be credited to your account. Please note that shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
