Product		Features		License Information
Super License		Everyone in the company can have immediate access to all of the most up-to-date SEMI standards. In terms of cost per standard, this is the most economical method for securing SEMI standards for a company. The Super License offers an annual subscription to all of the standards, with shared drive, intranet posting permission, plus copyright release permission on the standards. (PDF and Word file formats.)		The license permits the responsible department to load the contents of the CD onto their computer system (intranet). An unlimited number of employees, as authorized by the responsible department, in all locations included in the license can access the material on an as-needed basis. These employees are licensed to download the standards and print and otherwise use them within their own organization. Additionally, this product includes copyright release permission on the standards. This permission allows copy and pasting from the standards into purchase orders, manuals, presentations, etc., as well as permits these materials to be distributed outside of the organization. The term of the license is one year from the date of purchase; the license is renewable annually. This product is an annual subscription that includes the CD edition in print when the subscription is purchased and the two following editions. Super License Agreement
Super License Single Standard		This includes an annual subscription to a single SEMI Standard, shared drive/intranet posting permission, plus copyright release permission on the standard.		The license allows copy and pasting from the standard into purchase orders, manuals, presentations, etc. These materials can be distributed outside of the organization. Enterprise License		When a company purchases an Enterprise-wide CD License, SEMI supplies a CD to the department (usually IS or Library) responsible for the purchase of the license at a cost depending on the company size. An unlimited number of employees, as authorized by the responsible department, in all locations included in the license can access the material on an as-needed basis. These employees are licensed to download the standards and print and otherwise use them within their own organization.		The license permits the responsible department to load the contents of the CD onto their computer system (intranet). However, the license does not allow anyone outside the responsible department to duplicate the electronic file (in whole or in part), or distribute it electronically or by any other means to others outside the organization. SEMI Standards CD/ Single-computer CD		You can use a CD containing the complete set of SEMI International Standards with your desktop or portable computer so that you can easily refer to the current standards whether you are at your desk or in the field. This product is an annual subscription that includes the CD edition in print when the subscription is purchased and the two following editions. Indexing is by volume and topic.		This product is for use on a single computer and does not allow anyone else to duplicate the electronic file (in whole or in part), or distribute it electronically or by any other means to others outside the organization. Individual Standards (Downloadable Products)		Just need one or a couple of Standards for your own single computer use? Individual SEMI Standards are available on demand.
