The NA Standards Spring 2011 meetings will take place on March 28-31 in San Jose and Santa Clara, California. This meeting set will host 12 committees and over 60 task forces engaged in various standardization activities including:

NA Liquid Chemicals

NA Microlithography
The NA Microlithography Committee is tentative scheduled for March 3, 2011 in conjunction with the SPIE Advanced Lithography Conference in San Jose, CA.
