North America Standards Spring 2011 Meetings

The NA Standards Spring 2011 meetings will take place on March 28-31 in San Jose, California. This meeting set will host 11 committees and over 60 task forces engaged in various standardization activities including:

  • Anti-Counterfeiting (Preventing/Detecting Semiconductor Counterfeit Products)
  • Environmental, Health, and Safety Guidelines
  • Factory Automation Hardware and Software
  • High Brightness Light-Emitting Diode (HB-LED)
  • MEMS / NEMS
  • Photovoltaic
  • Three-Dimensional Stacked Integrated Circuits (3DS-IC)

Off-Venue Committee Meetings

NA Liquid Chemicals
The NA Liquid Chemicals Committee is tentatively scheduled for early April 2011 at ICL Performance Products in St Louis, MO. The exact date, time, and location will be announced when finalized.

NA Microlithography
The NA Microlithography Committee is tentative scheduled for March 3, 2011 in conjunction with the SPIE Advanced Lithography Conference in San Jose, CA. OffSilicon Wafer meetings will be hosted by Intel in Santa Clara
