PRESS CONFERENCES DURING SEMICON Europa 2005

Munich, 4 April 2005 -- SEMICON Europa, the premier regional exposition dedicated to semiconductor manufacturing technology, will be held 11-14 April (Programs & Events), and 12-14 April (Exhibition).

Press conferences will be held in the Messe Muenchen International Press Center West during the exposition to review the state of the semiconductor equipment and materials industry and review industry trends; provide an update on the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors and present product and corporate information from various exhibiting companies.
