CALL FOR PAPERS FOR SEMI TECHNICAL SYMPOSIUM (STS) TO BE HELD AT SEMICON JAPAN 2005
Abstracts Deadline: 1 July 2005; STS to be held 7-9 December 2005 in Tokyo
TOKYO, Japan, April 1, 2005 -- Abstracts for paper presentations are now being accepted for the SEMI Technology Symposium (STS) to be held 7-9 December at the Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan in conjunction with SEMICON Japan 2005. The deadline for submitting abstracts is 1 July 2005.
Presentations on original, non-commercial and non-published works are being solicited in the following areas: new device technology, lithography, multilevel interconnection, nanotechnology, etching, mask, manufacturing science, packaging technology/packaging materials.
Submissions are welcome from all persons directly or indirectly involved in the semiconductor industry, including IC manufacturers, academic and research institutes, equipment manufacturers and materials suppliers.
Abstracts of approximately 250 words and a 100-word speaker biography are due July 1, 2005 by e-mail.
