Shanghai, China, January 10, 2005 – FPD China 2005, showcasing technologies for the manufacture of flat panel displays, will be held March 21-23 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC).
The expo is being held for the second time in China and is presented by SEMI and the China Electronic Chamber of Commerce (CECC). FPD China 2005 is being held back-to-back with SEMICON China 2005, which runs March 15-17 at SNIEC.
"Following the outstanding success of the first FPD China last August, SEMI is pleased to provide an expanded venue for exhibitors and industry participants”, said Mark Ding, president of SEMI China.
Leading companies from around the world are participating in FPD China 2005, displaying manufacturing equipment, materials and services for TFT LCDs, organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), plasma display panels (PDPs) and other types of flat panel displays. The show will also include exhibits by panel makers and suppliers of components such as LCD driver ICs.
In addition to the exhibits, the expo will feature programs such as an FPD market briefing and technical seminars covering the latest technologies for panel manufacturing.
