SEMI TECHNOLOGY SYMPOSIUM (STS) 2009
Abstracts Deadline: June 19, 2009; STS to be held 2-4 December 2009
TOKYO, Japan – 1 May 2009 – SEMI today announced that abstracts for paper presentations are now being accepted for the 28th annual SEMI Technology Symposium (STS), which will be held 2-4 December at the Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan in conjunction with SEMICON Japan 2009. The submission deadline is June 19, 2009. In 2008, the highly successful annual event featured 92 technical lectures, and attracted over 1,098 attendees.
Presentations must be original, non-commercial and non-published works, and will focus on following areas: multilevel interconnection, etching, lithography, mask, manufacturing science, advanced device, testing, packaging, Microsystems/MEMS. Submissions are welcome from all persons directly or indirectly involved in the semiconductor industry, including IC manufacturers, academic and research institutes, equipment manufacturers and materials suppliers.
Abstracts of approximately 250 words and a 100-word speaker biography are due June 19, 2009 by e-mail, and must clearly detail the nature, scope, content, organization, key points and significance of the proposed presentation.
