Review the information on the CAST website, including the membership application and the CAST By-Laws.

1. Download and print the form. Fill in the application: name and address of the company applying, business and technical contacts, class of membership (Voting member, Liaison, Advisory, or Individual).

2. Sign the application and mail or fax to the SEMI corporate office:

3. Upon receipt of the application, SEMI will:

  • Verify the receipt of your application
  • Invoice you for the dues dictated by your membership class
    (Note:  Dues are paid by check, credit card, or by wire transfer)
  • Enroll you as a member on the website
  • Send a Welcome email to you with a copy to the CAST Steering Committee
