The 30^th anniversary event was held 4-6 April 2006 and concluded successfully with 794 exhibiting companies and attendance figures that exceeded the prior years’ event by 5 percent.

SEMICON Europa 2007, the premier regional event to showcase technology to manufacture semiconductors, micro-electromechanical systems, nanoelectronics and photovoltaic devices, will be held 9-11 October 2007 in Stuttgart, Germany. The proximity of the annual SEMICON China event in late March made the early April timeframe of SEMICON Europa problematic for more than 100 exhibitors, who participate in both events. The new show dates will ease the time conflicts for these exhibitors and potentially enable others to participate as well. The new dates for 2007 will make the tradeshow accessible to even greater numbers of SEMICON exhibitors and will be more valuable to visitors. The date and location for 2008 is not decided.
