Annual Survey Shows Dramatic Jump in Member Satisfaction
The annual SEMI Customer Satisfaction Survey shows a dramatic increase in member satisfaction. Overall satisfaction with SEMI rose 22 percent in 2010 -- rising from 69% in 2009 to 91% in 2010.
