Dr. O’Neill has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Entegris since September 2019, having served as Vice President, Chief Technology Officer since 2015. In his current role, Dr. O’Neill is responsible for the innovation process within the company including the development of new products and the laboratories that support them around the world.
Dr. O’Neill joined Entegris in 2014 as part of our acquisition of ATMI. Prior to joining Entegris, Dr. O’Neill was Senior Vice President of Electronic Materials of ATMI. Prior to that, he held several technical and leadership roles at IBM.
Dr. O’Neill earned a Ph.D. in physical chemistry at Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Yale University.
