Dr. Siyoung Choi is the Executive Vice President at Memory Manufacturing Technology Center in Samsung Electronics Co., KOREA.
He has experienced with more than 25 years in leading advanced process innovation at R&D, developing and manufacturing products of both Memory and Foundry, collaborating with consortia and universities and serving technical committee such as VLSI, ITRS and IMEC so on.
He earned his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from Yonsei University and Ohio State University, respectively. He has written/co-authored over 100 technical publications and holds over 100 U.S. patents.
