Air Liquide Advanced Materials
Paul was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of Air Liquide Advanced Materials in 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of the global business including safety, quality, operations, engineering, technical marketing, talent development, and customer satisfaction. Under his leadership, the Voltaix acquisition was successfully integrated and subsequently merged with the ALOHA™ business under a new global business model while concurrently delivering next-generation products to our customers along with improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and expertise.
Paul joined Air Liquide in 2008 as part of the BOC Edwards Chemical Management Division acquisition where he served as Global Business Manager and subsequently held roles as Director Strategic Accounts and Vice President Sales & Marketing for Air Liquide Electronics U.S.
Prior to joining BOC Paul served as Vice President Operations & Products for Micro Component Technology and was a U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer based in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the U.S. Navy Officer Nuclear Power Program.
