Jay Chen is the president and COO of Tokyo Electron Shanghai Limited, overseeing TEL’s entire business in mainland China. During his 20+ years in the semiconductor field, he has worked in various engineering and managerial positions at Intel, Kokusai Electric, and Watkins-Johnson. He is not only active in semiconductor industry, but also in community service, currently serving as the member of SEMI China regional advisory board and the SEMI ITPC global committee.
