Manuel Aybar is an Industrial Engineering Manager at Qorvo Semiconductor Texas Operations. During his tenure at Qorvo, he has been involved in leading various industrial engineering projects, including deployment of the FPS solution, which has enabled detailed tool to tool scheduling and dispatching. The implementation also comprehends Fab Dashboard KPI reporting, Dynamic and Finished Lot Cycle Time analysis and improvement and WIP Line Flush calculations.
The Industrial Engineering group he leads is also responsible for all Fab Operations Reporting of KPIs for Qorvo Texas (Starts, Outs, Moves Reporting, Priority Lot Reporting, Equipment Management System, Production Control Dashboards, WIP Management Dashboards, Cycle Time Metrics) as well as Capacity Modeling / Planning for Weekly Starts Plan and future expansion Tool Capital Planning for the different production lines at Qorvo Texas.
Manuel Aybar started his career in Semiconductor as an Industrial Engineer Intern at Texas Instruments Inc in 2000. He was involved in deployment of advanced cluster modeling methodologies for both 200mm and 300mm production lines, for which he published several papers in different symposia and industry magazines.
