CMIt Cheng Mei Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995.Initially, its primary business was the sales and distribution of high-end measurement equipment. In 2010, CMIt began independent research and development in the fields of high-precision automated inspection (AOI) and metrology. By leveraging its proprietary scalable modular software platform and incorporating proprietary optical imaging and optical path design technologies, CMIt has developed superior automated 2D/3D inspection and metrology systems equipment for applications in key manufacturing processes such as advanced packaging, MicroLED and compound semiconductors. Among them, the critical RDL and interposer processes in advanced packaging are measurement and inspectional areas in which we specialize. For many years, CMIt has continuously advanced in a single field, accumulating over 200 customers and dozens of patented technologies. As the demand for high-speed computing rapidly grows, the market demand for automated, high-precision inspection and metrology equipment will inevitably increase.
