Daniel Liao has responsibility for all Applied Materials Silicon products except Inspection Tool for UMC and All the Taiwan DRAM customers as May 2003. Since joint Applied Materials in 1992, he has served in various positions including product manager for Metal CVD, PVD, CMP and Etch and Product Marketing director. Prior jointing Applied Materials Taiwan, Daniel also worked for Integrated Device Technology (IDT), California for 3 years and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) for 2 years. He receives his bachelor degree of Physics from National Tsing-Hua University and Master degree of Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, New York. |
